5KM had a great time at Leeds City Museum today. They explored the museum and did some observational drawings followed by a workshop about the Anglo Saxons. They even got to handle real artefacts that were over 1000 years old!

Anti-bullying week begins tomorrow, and this year's theme is "The Power of You". Year 5 spent time last week planning their mood boards ready for starting their final artistic pieces on self-identity. They're going to be amazing!

All teachers will be in Jepson building, please come into school by the main office and follow the signs! -Nursery and Reception will be in the Reception classrooms -Year 1 and 2 will be in their own classrooms -Years 3, 4 & 5 will be in the hall -Year 6 will be in Cherry classroom (along the corridor)

Year 5 have loved learning about the solar system and the planets in our galaxy, so we took the iPads outside to gain an understanding of where the planets and constellations are in relation to Harrogate on a wet Tuesday afternoon. We even 'spotted' the international space station!
